Returns & Warranty Policy

At Anbernic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your retro gaming experience. If your device is defective or you have changed your mind, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery provided the item is in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

  Receive Authorization

  Our technical team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the device with all original accessories and cables. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it back to us.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
